St. Pete luxury condo tower, with units up to $5M, nearly sold out

Ellison Construction is in the process of wrapping up one of its downtown St.Petersburg projects. The Nolen, a 23-story luxury condo tower at 126 4th Ave, Northeast, is counted as one of the ten tallest structures in St.Petersburg, according to a release. 

Almost all of its 31 units have been sold, with prices ranging from $2 to $5 million. 

Floors five through 15 house two residences per floor, each spanning 2,156 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Floors 16 through 23 are full-floor penthouses totaling 3,344 square feet with three bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 bathrooms. The 360-degree views of the upper units, the release states, include waterfront landmarks such as the St.Pete Pier and the Vinoy Resort & Golf Club. 

Construction broke ground in August 2022 and topped off in December 2023. The building was developed by Tampa-based DDA Development and St. Pete-based Backstreets Capital.

Amenities for the units include a private elevator lobby and outdoor terrace for privacy. Common space amenities include a pool with cabanas, a fitness center, a wellness room for massages and spa services and a salon lounge. A concierge will also be on site to assist residents and guests. 

Additionally, ground floor retail will be occupied by Savage Coffees, a Panama-based coffee producer opening its first location in the U.S. 

Although a firm completion date has not been established, many final touches have already begun including the outdoor pool being filled with water.
