With construction underway on the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, the penthouse at the 20-story condominium has hit the market. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence is listed for $12.59 million. 

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, will be located in the Quay, a waterfront district near downtown Sarasota. Penthouse G will flow from the east to west side of the building, with deep terraces on both exposures and virtually every room in the 4,926-square-foot unit offering outdoor access, according to the listing.

Featuring views of the Sarasota Bay, the primary suite will be set apart with a hallway and vestibule for privacy, while another wing of the condo features three guest suites, a family room and terrace with city views. There is also a great room with a nearby den. Access-controlled elevators open directly into each home at the 78-unit condominium.

A marina and outdoor sports activity center will offer complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. Residents will also have access to a food and beverage program supported by an exclusive on-site kitchen, with app-based service for delivery to condos and amenity areas.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, is on track to open in late 2026. It exceeded $150 million in sales by the end of 2024, according to Delray Beach-based developer Kolter Urban.
